Digital Advice for Hackney!

13/7/2015

banners 6-7Are you an organisation that provides advice services in Hackney (or works with them)?

Or are you a Hackney resident or someone who works in Hackney? Are you interested in the ways that technology like the internet, mobile phones, apps can be used in advice services?

Would you like to get involved in a project to develop ideas for technology that might help support and improve advice services in Hackney? The Sustainable Advice in Hackney project, led by Hackney Community Law Centre, is working with social enterprise Social Spider CIC to look at ways of using digital technology to provide better advice services. We want to make sure that we understand exactly what people might want from a digital way of providing advice by understanding exactly how people use advice services now and spotting ways that we might use digital services like apps or websites to make bits of advice better available or more useful.

Social Spider will be hosting two workshops for members of the public and two workshops for Hackney advice agency colleagues to attend and give them your views! WORKSHOPS FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC The first workshop for Hackney residents/members of the public will be on Tuesday 28th July 2015 between 3pm and 5pm at Hackney Town Hall.
